Family Constellations is an experiential process that helps us see and understand the invisible dynamics within family systems, communities and ancestral lines.
Developed by Bert Hellinger, this approach recognises that love, belonging, and order are essential forces shaping our lives, often beyond what we consciously know.
Through Systemic Constellations, we enter into a living field of experience that allows patterns, stories and unspoken emotions to emerge.
Unresolved trauma, unacknowledged grief, or excluded members of the family system can influence us across generations.
These hidden loyalties and inherited patterns often show up as anxiety, illness, relationship difficulties, or a deep sense of not belonging. When these dynamics are revealed and given space, a natural movement toward balance, inclusion, and love becomes possible.

As a Family and Systemic Constellations Facilitator, I work with individuals and groups to map what Bert Hellinger called “the Orders of Love” the unseen field that connects all members of a system.
Whether through the lineage of family, or in the broader web of relationships, birth, love, loss, and death, each person has a rightful place.
In this work, we honour both the living and the dead.
My background as a birth and death doula informs a unique approach I call Threshold Constellations, an exploration of how the moments of arrival and departure shape the family field.
Births, deaths, and significant life transitions ripple through generations.
When these thresholds are witnessed and integrated, deep acceptance becomes possible.
Constellations help us see where love has become entangled with suffering. We may unconsciously carry grief that is not ours to carry, or take on the fate of another in an attempt to restore balance.
This work offers a compassionate space to recognise these patterns, to honour the pain and resilience of those who came before, and to gently return what does not belong to us.
When order is restored, when everyone in the system is seen and given their rightful place, healing flows naturally through the lineage.
This is about seeing what is, with respect and humility and allowing the natural movement of love to re-emerge.

Each constellation is a living ritual, an embodied dialogue between the seen and unseen, the personal and the ancestral, the psychological and the spiritual.
Whether you are navigating grief, feeling caught in repeating patterns, or seeking to understand your place within your family or the greater whole, constellations offer a way home, a reconnection to belonging.
In this work, we come to recognise that our ancestors stand behind us, offering their strength and life force as we move forward. When those who were forgotten or excluded are lovingly acknowledged, the natural flow of love and order can return.
Through this process, harmony is restored, and we find ourselves more grounded in the present, supported by all who came before.
I offer Family Constellations, Systemic Constellations, and Threshold Constellations as part of my broader work in birth, death, and transitional care.
Each session is a space to explore your story within the larger framework of your lineage, to honour what has been, to integrate what has been lost, and to open to what is emerging.
Constellations may be experienced one-on-one, in group workshops, or as part of ceremonial and therapeutic containers.
This is work of remembrance, reconciliation, and reconnection. It is where we learn to bow to what is, and in doing so, allow life to flow freely once more.
