Step into the living field of your family, ancestors and the unseen threads that connect us all. Family Constellations allow the hidden orders of the family system to emerge, the lives that were lost too soon, the births that carried unseen weight, the loyalties that pull us in directions we cannot name. In this space, the living and the dead, the acknowledged and the forgotten are seen and held.
Participants are invited to bring a personal question or theme, while the group holds and represents the energies of family, ancestors, and life stages.
Through guided movement, attunement and gentle facilitation, patterns may shift, insights may arise, and a deeper awareness of how life flows across generations may be felt.
No prior experience is necessary, this workshop is for anyone ready to step into the field, witness, participate, and explore the living web of connection that flows through their life.
