Join us for an intimate, trauma-informed Breathwork & Embodiment afternoon retreat, a safe, supportive space to gently release what’s been building and reconnect with your body, your breath and access a place of calm and safety.
Through conscious connected breath, guided meditation, movement, and sound, we’ll support your nervous system to soften… regulate… and come back into balance.
This is not about pushing or intense catharsis.
