Healing Breath Breathwork is a direct pathway into the autonomic nervous system.
Each session supports nervous system regulation, expands your window of tolerance and builds internal capacity to become more present, more open, more joyous & alive.
Through intentional, conscious, connected breath patterns, we engage the vagus nerve, influence heart rate variability and support shifts between sympathetic activation and parasympathetic settling.
The breath allows stored tension and stress to be metabolised, integrated, and released safely, cultivating clarity, groundedness, and embodied presence.
The Science of Regulation
Breath is both automatic and voluntary, creating a bridge between conscious awareness and unconscious patterning.

Your Facilitator
Talitha has been a Bodyworker since 2000, supporting people in returning to their bodies and reconnecting with their innate capacity for healing. For many years she has walked alongside others at life’s great thresholds, working as a Birth Doula since 2011 and a Death Doula since 2015, holding space with steadiness through beginnings and endings alike.
She has practised Breathwork since 2007, with the breath playing a central role in her own healing and integration. This lived experience deeply informs the way she facilitates, as a doorway into embodied awareness, regulation and integration.
Alongside her somatic work, Talitha is trained in Strategic Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Holistic Counselling. This integrative foundation allows her to work across body and subconscious processes with both precision and care, supporting clients to shift entrenched patterns, process unresolved emotional material and create meaningful behavioural change.
Talitha facilitates with a focus on embodiment, nervous system regulation and loving presence. She responds to what is emerging in the moment rather than applying rigid protocols or pushing for cathartic experiences. Her work is trauma-informed, choice-led, and deeply attuned.
Safety, consent, and integration are central to how she works. Sessions are held with clarity, steadiness, and respect for each person’s pace and capacity.

This co-facilitated immersion weaving breath, bodywork and intuitive insight into a grounded, nourishing experience that supports presence, intimacy and embodied awareness.
Held by Talitha and Herberto, this offering creates space to slow down, listen, soften, and reconnect.
