Exploring a combination of breathwork, hypnosis, movement, sound, self massage, shaking medicine, photography, deep listening, & developing sensory tools, you’ll be you’ll be invited to gently explore the narratives that shape your life through practices that are safe, gentle & trauma informed.

We begin with the moment of choice, the call to reclaim yourself. This is the leap into the unknown, where you leave behind limiting beliefs and step into new possibilities. You will be invited to meet yourself beyond conditioned identity, beyond roles, beyond stories. Through creative exploration, movement and deep listening, you will attune to your inner voice, the one that has always known the way.
The Descent & Initiation Facing the Shadows.
Here we explore the unconscious narratives, the fears and the wounds that have shaped us, meeting them with curiosity, compassion and embodiment practises. Through breathwork, hypnosis, movement and sound, you will learn to listen deeply, transmute limitations, and discover the wisdom hidden within your challenges.

Emerging from the depths, you carry back your truth, your essence and your power. This is not about erasing the past but about owning your story in a way that liberates you. Through a series of integration practices, you will re emerge, with Your Story.

Talitha brings decades of experience guiding others through life’s deepest transitions: birth, death, rites of passage, the spaces in between, and the rebirth that comes through healing.
Weaving together breathwork, clinical hypnosis, strategic psychotherapy, movement, sound, massage, herbalism, meditation, and sensory development to support participants access their innate wisdom.
Working with the unseen realms, Talitha brings archetypal exploration and symbolic work to invite hidden stories to light.
With a deep understanding of the body-mind-spirit connection, Talitha creates a trauma informed space where transformation unfolds gently yet powerfully.
Talithas work is not about fixing what is broken, but about revealing the wholeness that has always been there, guiding each person toward deeper embodiment, self knowledge and empowerment.
Photography as Witnessing & Transformation
The lens becomes a mirror, offering a way to see yourself with new eyes, beyond limiting beliefs, beyond past wounds, beyond the inherited stories you no longer wish to carry.
Through photography, we invite you into a process of self-witnessing and reclamation.
What does it feel like to be truly seen? What happens when you step into your own story with agency, rather than as a passive observer? How does the body reveal the layers of emotion, experience, and transformation?
Photography in this process is not about performance or perfection, it is about presence.
You are behind the lens to capture the depth of your unfolding journey, embracing the unseen and translating inner shifts into a visual language.
Whether through self portraiture or being witnessed through another’s lens, this becomes an act of integration, bridging the space between what has been and what is possible.
Shaking Medicine with Zoe Everest
Zoe is a Singer / Songwriter, Vocal Coach and Shaking Medicine Practitioner who created the immersive experience The Invitation.
Particpants are guided to harness their primal mechanism within, using neurogenic tremoring, unlocking the bodies innate wisdom to move and tremor the body passively.
In this surrender you may let go of stress, tension, trauma and emotions that are stored in the body, lead by Zoe’s suggested vocalisations. The voice and body work unify to bring each person into deep rest and digest, allowing for more radiance, grounding and pleasure!

TALITHA MARIE
Talitha is a Psychic, Evidential Medium, Tarot Reader, Mentor, Vocalist, Birth & Death Doula, Activist & Founder of School Of Esoteric Arts.
As a survivor of CSA, DV & SA, Talitha has overcome battles with addiction & knows firsthand the journey of healing and empowerment.
Having transformed her own trauma into a powerful source of wisdom, Talitha is a passionate advocate for empowering others to connect with their innate essence.
In her desire to understand the mind, the souls journey & the therapeutic outcomes of creative expression, Talitha has studied Music, Theatre, Strategic Psychotherapy, Holistic Counselling, Clinical Hypnosis, Family Constellations Therapy, Birth & Deathcare, Energy Healing, Herbalism, Massage Therapy, Aromatherapy, Breathwork & Meditation.
Working within the circle of life as a Holistic Birth & End Of Life Doula, Talitha is a guide, support system & advocate for those navigating these portals & all the spaces in between.
As a Natural Medium Talitha has trained both in Australia & internationally at The Arthur Findlay College, England, and is continually furthering her Psychic & Mediumship studies, mentoring with respected Mediums from around the globe.
Talitha is Founder of School Of Esoteric Arts and reads across Australia & Internationally.
Talitha teaches Psychic & Self Development, The Tarot, running regular group sessions, Workshops, Mentorships & Women’s Circles.
HERBERTO SMITH
Herberto Smith is an international, award winning editorial and commercial photographer based between Byron Bay, Australia, and Lisbon, Portugal.His work focuses on capturing unique stories from the periphery, bringing visibility to people and places that are often unseen.
Through documentary and environmental portraiture, he creates intimate moments that delve into the depths of human experiences.
In addition to his photography, Herberto offers educational, creative, and mentorship programs supporting youth in the community. He is also the co-founder of Curlew Studio, blending art and activism through soulful photography.
Herberto’s client portfolio includes notable names such as Forbes Lusofonia, Absolut Vodka, Levi’s, Nike, and Ogilvy. His work has been featured in various publications and exhibitions, showcasing his commitment to storytelling and advocacy for marginalized voices.
ZOE EVEREST
Zoe Everest is passionate about truth and authenticity. A musician and vocal coach by trade, she now combines her passion for voice with the magic of Shaking Medicine to create a therapeutic healing space for shaking, sounding and singing. Zoe uses traditional vocal warm ups, breath for singing and exercises with embodiment practises to encourage students to not only open up the energy blockages in their bodies through involuntary shaking, but also to open up blockages in the throat and voice where so many of us are blocked.
